The spark detection and extinguishing system ensures the production of enterprises.

Dust fires and explosions are generally caused by sparks or hot particles, occurring constantly in industries such as wood processing, metal processing, automotive and engine manufacturing, tobacco, food, feed, textiles, paper mills, tissue factories, hygiene products, power plants, tire recycling, solid waste recycling, and chemical industries. They cause millions in property damage, production interruptions, and even personal injuries or fatalities each year.

Dust fires and explosions can occur at any time in production line equipment such as pneumatic conveying systems and mechanical conveyors and separation systems, for example, dust collectors, dryers, sanders, grinders, chippers, presses, planers, rollers, mixers, crushers, coolers, and bucket elevators. In addition, quenching workshops, casting workshops, metal chip sections, welding production lines, as well as dust collection boxes, silos, and even entire production lines are also areas with significant risks.

Foreign objects mixed in the material conveying process, damaged components in production equipment, overheated materials in the drying section, and electrical sparks are all considered ignition sources. Any dulling of tools, damage to fan bearings, engine overheating, obstacles in the drying section, or foreign object intrusion can lead to the formation of sparks. This poses a continuous threat to all equipment that operates, conveys, discharges, dusts, or dries combustible materials.

Working Principle: The pipeline spark detection and extinguishing system effectively captures the infrared rays emitted by ignition sources (sparks) in the pipeline through spark probes installed on the walls of the conveying pipeline. At a corresponding distance (based on the conveying speed of dust or materials), extinguishing devices are installed to quickly activate high-pressure, high-flow atomizing nozzles to extinguish the ignition source (spark) while simultaneously issuing an alarm notification. The specially designed high-pressure anti-blocking nozzles have spray angles and atomization effects that ensure water mist covers the entire pipeline without requiring a large amount of water. The extinguishing process does not affect your pipeline, dust collection, filter screens, or other equipment. At the same time, the designed high-pressure anti-blocking nozzles have anti-blocking features that effectively prevent wet materials from clogging the spray holes. The same extinguishing module can be used in other industries for extinguishing. For example, in the metal processing industry, nitrogen or carbon dioxide can be used to extinguish sparks. After the sparks are extinguished, the system automatically stops the extinguishing operation. The entire process requires no manual intervention or operation and does not interrupt your production operations, meeting your continuous production needs. Additionally, the system has linkage output points (relay normally open or normally closed contacts) that are compatible with existing PLCs and dust collector controllers for subsequent linkage measures. Application Fields: It can be applied in the following industries: wood industry, furniture industry, biomass industry, metal processing industry, food industry, feed industry, textile industry, packaging industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc. System Composition: The pipeline spark detection and extinguishing system mainly consists of three parts: spark probes, control box, and extinguishing device.

Spark Probe: The spark probe is installed on the wall of the conveying pipeline and effectively captures the infrared rays emitted by sparks in the pipeline. Even if the sparks are hidden in dense materials, the probe can detect them sensitively. 1. Sensitive detection. 2. Uses photoelectric non-contact detection technology. 3. Wide-angle detection design, only two probes are needed to cover the entire pipeline. 4. Sturdy housing, IP67 protection level. 5. Quick installation.
