1. Sensitive detection. Spark detection system (spark detector) simultaneously detects 0.2 μ M UV and 2.7/4.3 μ Infrared radiation. Usually, a large amount of ultraviolet radiation is generated during the initial stage of spark generation. As the spark develops, infrared radiation continues to increase, while ultraviolet radiation is relatively weak.
Spark detection selects high-performance ultraviolet sensors, which detect 340 times per second. In the early stage of spark occurrence, ultraviolet radiation generated by the spark is detected at the first time. Meanwhile, as the infrared radiation of sparks continues to increase, the infrared radiation detected by the infrared sensor is further confirmed to ensure the accuracy of spark detection.
The determination of a spark is triggered and activated by an ultraviolet signal. The infrared sensor continuously receives the infrared radiation generated by the spark to determine whether the spark has occurred. At the same time, the energy of the spark is detected to confirm whether it can reach the low energy that causes ignition, and then decide whether to activate the signal output. The entire process is completed in collaboration with high-performance processors, from discovering sparks and determining their potential for ignition to outputting signals, the system response time is less than 3ms.
The high-speed version is equipped with a spark detector with dual ultraviolet sensors, a stable high-speed power management chip, and a more powerful data processing system, with a system response time of less than 1ms. Sensitivity adjustment is triggered by the number of times the UV sensor continuously detects the spark UV signal, i.e. 1, 3, 5, and 10 times the UV signal is continuously detected. The infrared sensor determines that the spark energy is divided into 4 levels and 20 levels μ J. 40 μ J. 60 μ J. 80 μ After J, the system outputs an alarm signal. Users can freely choose 10 sensitivity levels based on the application conditions.
