The metal spark two-in-one detector is directly installed on the cotton pipeline, which can automatically detect and eliminate the metal mixed in the textile fiber and the spark and burning debris generated in the production process. It is an important equipment to ensure the production safety of the textile factory's combing line or other production lines that transport materials through the air flow pipeline.

1) High sensitivity detection ability for small metal particles;
2) can detect the inclusion in the fiber high-speed flow of tiny sparks;
3) It has strong anti-interference ability and adapts to the complex electromagnetic environment of industrial production such as textile mills;
4)RS485 communication interface, Modbus-RTU communication protocol;
5) efficient and fast impurity mechanism to ensure the minimum response time, only a short installation distance;
6) Self-contained analog automatic detection spark detection function;

3. Exterior dimension and part name
