Safety Operating Regulations for Spark Detection System

1 Basic requirements
1.1 Do not operate the spark detection controller without training.
1.2 Operate according to the "Spark Detection System Operating Regulations"
1.3 Do not touch the electrical components inside the chassis with damp hands or tools.
2. Inspection before power on
2.1 Check if the power supply voltage is normal (AC220V).
2.2 Check whether the output pressure of the carbon dioxide cylinder meets the standard (0.6~0.8MPA).
2.3 Check if the extinguishing device pipeline is intact.
3. Start up and run
3.1 Check if the display screen displays normally.
3.2 Check whether all components displayed on the display screen are normal
3.3 Check whether each parameter setting is normal.
4. Spark alarm
4.1 Check the position of the spark alarm.
4.2 Check the condition of the spark extinguishing. If there are any sparks that have not been extinguished, click the "Test" button on the display screen to extinguish them again.
4.3 Click on the "Log" button on the screen to check if the alarm records are normal.
4.4 If a large number of sparks (5 or more) are detected, production should be stopped. Check if there are any unextinguished sparks in the dust collector to find the cause of the sparks. After the problem is resolved, production can continue.
4.5 If sparks are frequently detected, production should be stopped. Check if there are sparks in the dust collector, check if the spark probe is firmly installed, and if there are no light leaks near the spark probe. After troubleshooting, production can continue
5. Shutdown
5.1 Turn off the power to check if the device is powered off.
